Each Coordinator is assigned to a dedicated group of agents and serves as an extension of their business, helping manage administrative, contractual, and compliance-related tasks with precision and care. This position allows agents to stay focused on client relationships and sales while ensuring every transaction is handled smoothly and professionally.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.Benefits We value our employees and offer a competitive benefits package, including:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceGroup life insuranceCompany-paid employee-only health coverage (when enrolled as a single participant)Paid time offPaid holidaysRetirement benefits (if applicable)Key Responsibilities Transaction Management & Review Review contracts, disclosures, title commitments, settlement statements, and closing documentsEnter and maintain transaction data in company systemsTrack and manage all contractual deadlines including earnest money, inspection, appraisal, title, due diligence, HOA, and closing deadlinesCoordination & Communication Serve as the main point of contact for agents, clients, lenders, and title companiesDraft and process amendments and related documentationManage DocuSign processes and communicate updates to all partiesMaintain timely, professional communication throughout the transaction lifecycleClosing Coordination Review settlement statements for accuracyAssist with scheduling closings and final transaction detailsFinalize compliance checks, update MLS data, and disburse files for paymentGeneral Support Deliver consistent, high-quality service to assigned agentsSupport front desk coverage, meetings, and additional administrative needsMaintain brand standards, professionalism, and process accuracyPerform other duties as assigned within the scope of the roleQualifications Required High school diploma or GEDPrior administrative or customer service experiencePreferred Real estate, transaction coordination, or similar administrative/compliance experienceKnowledge of contracts, title commitments, settlement statements, and brokerage processesFamiliarity with Colorado real estate contracts and disclosuresActive Colorado Real Estate LicenseSkills & Competencies Strong technology skills and ability to work across multiple systemsExcellent organization and time management abilitiesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProfessional written and verbal communicationAbility to collaborate with internal teams and external partnersDemonstrates service, teamwork, accountability, gratitude, and empathy in daily interactionsWhy Join The Group?
