Let's create unforgettable event experiences together—apply today and be a part of something special!Responsibilities:Event Setup & BreakdownAssemble and dismantle event equipment, staging, seating, tents, tables, signage, and décor .Assist with lighting, AV, and technical setups as required.Ensure all event spaces are arranged in accordance with floor plans and safety regulations.Logistics & CoordinationUnload, transport, and position materials from trucks and storage areas to event sites.Assist in the organization of inventory, supplies, and rental equipment .Coordinate with vendors, venue staff, and event managers to ensure smooth execution.Onsite Support & Safety ComplianceMaintain a safe and clean work environment during setup and teardown.Follow event safety guidelines, equipment handling procedures, and OSHA regulations .Conduct last-minute adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.Team Collaboration & Problem-SolvingWork closely with event planners, production teams, and fellow crew members .Assist with special event activations, branding displays, and VIP setups .Adapt to last-minute changes and work efficiently under tight deadlines .Qualifications:Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in outdoor/indoor environments.Experience in event setup, warehouse operations, construction, or logistics preferred.Ability to use basic tools, hand trucks, and event equipment safely.Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.Availability for early morning, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.Attention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions and floor plans accurately.Must have a Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
