The focus is on social media management, content creation, and overall brand support, with an emphasis on high-quality visuals and consistent execution.Projects span industries like hospitality, wellness, and other small businesses, and often include a mix of strategy, content production, and hands-on implementation. This is not a large agency environment, the work is direct, collaborative, and closely tied to real client needs.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and publish social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedInWrite captions and format content to match brand voice and platform best practicesEdit short-form video content using CapCut (Reels) Support client communication (drafting emails, organizing feedback, light follow-up)Prepare for shoots (create shot lists, gather props, confirm details) and organize assets after (labeling, uploading, sorting files)Create graphics using Canva templates (posts, stories, simple marketing materials)Repurpose content across platforms (turning videos into clips, posts into multiple formats)Assist with admin tasks tied to marketing projects (file organization, scheduling, content tracking)Make non-technical website updates (text swaps, image updates, basic page edits)Assist with email marketing (formatting emails, uploading content, scheduling sends) Who You Are Someone excited about marketing and looking for hands-on, real-world experience working directly with a small businessSolid understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including what performs wellStrong written communication skills and a good eye for visualsComfortable assisting on set during photo and video shoots and helping where neededBackground or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related fieldReliable, organized, and able to meet deadlinesExperience with Canva, CapCut, MailChimp (other email platforms) and Later.com is a plus Growth OpportunityThis role has room to grow over time.
