Experience & Qualifications Requirements Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management, including at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations in mid-to-high complexity asset-intensive environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong understanding of asset-intensive and process manufacturing environments, applying SAP S/4HANA EAM best practices and standardized maintenance processes
Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions in automotive manufacturing environments is a strong asset
Preferred to have SAP S/4HANA certification (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Asset Management)
Functional Skills Requirements Partner with business stakeholders to lead on site end-to-end process workshops, document current- and future-state processes, translate business requirements into detailed functional design specifications, and drive implementation of SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions
Prepare and execute test scenarios, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation
Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP S/4HANA EAM, resolving business-critical issues within defined SLAs
Experience supporting global EAM templates and large-scale manufacturing rollouts, including localization, change control, and cross-plant harmonization
Deliver post-go-live (hypercare) support and drive continuous improvement through process optimization and solution enhancements
Develop comprehensive and role-based training documentation and deliver on-site training sessions to enable effective adoption of SAP S/4HANA EAM by business stakeholders
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for dealing with complex stakeholders across various geographical locations
Technical Skills Requirements Deep hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, including technical objects (functional locations, equipment), task lists, maintenance plans, notifications, and maintenance orders
Strong SAP S/4HANA EAM configuration expertise, including maintenance order types, notification types, task list usage, maintenance strategies, planning plants, work centers, and scheduling parameters
Strong understanding of Fiori-based maintenance execution, including order processing, confirmations, time booking, and technician workflows
Experience supporting high-volume, discrete manufacturing maintenance environments, including body shop, paint shop, assembly lines, robotics, and tooling
Integration expertise between EAM and SAP Production Planning (PP) to align maintenance activities with production schedules and planned downtime
Strong knowledge of EAM–Materials Management (MM) integration for spare parts planning, reservations, procurement, and inventory optimization
Experience with preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies, including measurement points, counters, and performance-based maintenance
Lead SAP S/4HANA EAM master data design and governance, covering functional location hierarchies, equipment structures, task lists, maintenance BOMs, and classification, ensuring consistency and scalability across plants
Work Arrangement Requirement Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% per month, typically Tuesday–Thursday
Ability to work with distributed teams and coordinate work delivery between regions and various time zones
Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment, including onshore overlaps as needed
Travel Occasional travel for workshops, reviews, or stakeholder alignment

Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Compensation Compensation (All-In): $120k-$160k USD
Placement within the range depends on role level, experience, location, and overall requirements engineering capability.
