About the position As a dental hygienist, you’ll join a supportive team dedicated to exceptional patient care and collaboration, where your talents in facilitating meaningful interactions are genuinely valued. Responsibilities Comfort and build rapport with patients Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations, ensuring optimal oral health for patients Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental check-ups Perform periodontal assessments and charting, documenting findings accurately in patient records Assist in the education of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences Maintain infection control protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and documentation review Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Strong oral and written communication skills Commitment to compliance (OSHA, CDC, HIPAA) Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred) Desire for continuous learning and professional growth Commitment to a five-star patient experience Position Details This is a non-exempt position offering an extremely competitive hourly wage, commensurate with skills and experience. In addition to hourly pay, we provide weekly bonus incentives, commission opportunities, and meaningful ways to serve our community together as a team. Open to 3 or 4 days per week. Must work Wednesdays. Hours for this role are Tuesday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Friday 7:30a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Both new graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply.
