Senior SEO Analyst

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Senior SEO Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of SEO clients, execute hands-on optimizations across traditional and AI search, and serve as a trusted point of contact for your accounts. Potential semi-annual bonus based on company and individual performance.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Communication | Oversee an assigned SEO client base, functioning as the primary point of contact. Ensure excellent communication, consistent progress, and client expectations that are always set and exceeded.SEO Audits & Migrations | Perform in-depth SEO audits and site migrations, identifying opportunities and risks with precision and delivering actionable recommendations.Hands-On Optimization & Strategy | Manage and execute projects to improve rankings across traditional and AI search through a full spectrum of on-site and off-site strategies, including:AI Search strategiesOrganic Reddit and YouTube optimizationTechnical SEOOn-page optimizationsContent production and planningLink buildingWebsite UX/UI best practicesReporting & Analysis | Host client status calls and meticulously report on campaign results, SEO activities, and data analysis. Measure strategy effectiveness using Google Search Console and GA4.Process & Knowledge Development | Continuously develop and improve team processes, reports, knowledge bases, and communication practices. Stay current with the latest SEO platforms and tools, adopting relevant innovations.Search Intelligence | Stay ahead of the latest search engine changes and updates, contributing insights that help steer the overall direction of SEO strategy.What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record, preferably with an agencyStrong understanding of search engine algorithms and updatesExperience utilizing SEO tools including Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Shopify, VWO, and/or related platformsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailGood understanding of HTML, website design, and web analytics — CSS and JavaScript a plusSelf-starter mentality with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on greater responsibilityExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working both independently and collaboratively to meet client goalsGenuine passion for the world of SEOWho We AreDirect Agents is not a traditional agency.
