OnsiteOracle EBS Project Manager - EBS ImplementationContractNew York, NYJob Description:Role purposeThe IT Project Manager leads all activities associated with delivering medium to large development and implementation projects for global Employee Benefit applications.• Work with Business Stakeholders and Analysts to plan, facilitate and support functional workshops with the different regions. Works closely with business stakeholders, sponsors, and clients providing direction to project and solution definition. Guides the solution vision and leads the system analysis effort to ensure analytical activities are comprehensive and timely. Provides leadership on cadence and content of the analysis effort to including best practices on user story writing• Work with Technology leaders to:• Ensure Relevant project management process are in place• Maintain Project Plan that details the E2E plan for the release/sprints• Governance Model applicable during execution from planning to release• Review Change Request process• Work on documents prepared during project execution• Work with team on execution status and various other reports to be shared with stakeholders.Has worked on Oracle EBS implementations.• Someone experienced with Agile delivery and the processes and governance that goes along with it.• Manages complex project teams with resources in multiple country locations comprised of a spectrum of skillsets including System Analysts, Developers and Software Quality Analysts• Responsible for directing the delivery of change programs meeting stakeholder expectations on time, cost and quality• Provides business leadership with clear, concise project status on software readiness highlighting progress, change controls, issues and mitigating plans• Applies advanced project management experience to stakeholder, sponsor and client challenges.
