In the absence of the Store Manager, you will be the Manager on Duty. Also, the Automotive Service-Assistant Manager will be focused on promoting the shop and its services through outstanding customer service, shop cleanliness, and quality workmanship.ResponsibilitiesMake Customer Satisfaction number oneIdentify customer concerns and needsProfessionally review all completed inspections offering solutions and benefitsConduct the "Invoicing delivery" upon completion of services reviewing work performed, warranties breakdown, and scheduling the next appointmentAssist the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of operating a service center and employees for top-line sales and profitsAssuring all shop personnel are following the processes in place for vehicle inspections, sales processes, and safety proceduresAssist the Store Manager in hiring and maintaining a staff of professionals that reflect the company cultureAssist the Store Manager in controlling costs, shop maintenance, cost of goods, payroll, and quality control standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent neededKnowledge of the automotive industry and trendsPossess a state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record to operate dealership-owned vehiclesStrong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for successIf you are a hard worker and would like to take on the challenge of working in a high-volume shop, we invite you to apply for the position today and join our team!This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
