Individual will function as on-site representative for Scarlet and Gray providing daily assistance for customers' needs. This position provides high quality general cleaning in a school facility, following a task list, organized schedule and additional non-routine cleaning requirements. Qualified candidates must be capable and possess light maintenance skills including: Faucet adjustments Indoor pool maintenance Flush Valve repair Snow removal Tile/carpet square replacement Maintain school grounds Ceiling tile replacement Cafeteria clean-up Drywall repair Check fire extinguishers Painting Receive deliveries Furniture Assembly Maintain storage room Some electrical experience Other Requirements:Excellent customer service skills.The ability to work with a team to achieve the highest quality service levels.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work independently as needed.Adaptable and flexible to changes in the work requirements / schedules.Demonstrate the ability to learn and master work tools in a safe and consistent manner.Reliable transportation. Education:Some high school education needed. Experience:3+ years' experience in a similar capacity is helpful but not necessary. Company training is provided for this position.
