At PACE, our Superintendents work in close partnership with Project Managers to deliver exceptional commercial projects and provide an outstanding client experience.If you're someone who leads with integrity, communicates proactively, takes ownership, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoLead all field operations from project startup through closeout.Coordinate and manage trade partners, schedules, and daily jobsite activities.Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.Ensure work meets PACE's quality standards and project specifications.Partner closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and inspectors.Identify and solve problems proactively while keeping projects moving forward.Build positive relationships that create repeat clients and successful projects.What We're Looking For5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience, including experience as a Superintendent.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage schedules, quality, safety, and multiple trade partners simultaneously.Experience using construction technology such as Procore, MS Project/P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.A leader who takes ownership, communicates well, and holds themselves to a high standard.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, based on experienceAnnual Performance Bonus: Meaningful performance-based bonus opportunity tied to individual and company successCompany truck or vehicle allowanceMedical reimbursementCompany-issued iPad and laptopCell phone reimbursementTwo weeks of paid time off, plus paid company holidaysRetirement savings benefit (pending final program details)Why PACE?At PACE, we believe construction is about more than the buildings we leave behind—it's about the relationships we build and the trust we earn.
