Java Full Stack Engineer

Description:Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsCreates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systemsProduces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code developmentGathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systemsProactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architectureContributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologiesAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 3+ years of Software Development experience with enterprise applicationsResponsibilities:Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance - Java / Spring Boot / Microservices / RestAPIsDesigns, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems and technical implicationsHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languagesGathers, analyzes, and draws conclusions from large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making in service of secure, stable application developmentOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleSolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) Skills:Java, Springboot, AWS, MicroservicesExposure to cloud technologies – AWS EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, LambdasPrevious experience with Databases such as Postgres or Cassandra
