Reports to: Plant ManagerSAF-HOLLAND is looking for an experienced, hands-on, and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations at our Rowlett, Texas facility.This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading large teams, and is passionate about driving operational excellence, inventory accuracy, safety, and continuous improvementIf you have experience managing complex warehouse operations and building strong, high-performing teams, we'd love to connect with you. ??What You'll DoAs the Warehouse Manager, you will lead all aspects of warehouse operations, including:?? Warehouse & OperationsLead daily warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, picking, and kittingDrive inventory accuracy and strengthen cycle count processesImprove product flow, space utilization, and slotting strategiesOversee inbound and outbound logistics, including OEM shipping specificationsPartner with freight brokers, 3PL providers, and transportation partnersCoordinate closely with manufacturing to meet customer demandAnalyze KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reportsDevelop and implement lean initiatives, SOPs, and 5S programsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards?? Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of 50–100+ employeesPlan staffing schedules, manage overtime, and monitor absenteeismConduct performance reviews and drive accountabilityPromote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement?? Inventory & SystemsManage high-complexity part numbers and shipping processesUtilize SAP for deliveries, shipments, and inventory controlDirect warehouse management systems (WMS) and dynamic slottingEnsure proper use of warehouse equipment including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and counterbalance forklifts?? Facility OversightMaintain warehouse safety and security protocolsOversee equipment maintenance and facility upkeepSupport cost control and budget management initiativesWhat We're Looking For? QualificationsBachelor's degree required5+ years of progressive warehouse leadership experienceExperience managing large-scale warehouse operations (50–100+ employees)Automotive or heavy-duty manufacturing experience strongly preferredStrong background in inventory management and accuracy improvementSAP experience required, especially with deliveries and shipment processesExperience with WMS and directed work systemsKnowledge of inbound logistics and OEM shipping requirementsExperience working with 3PL providers and freight brokersLean manufacturing experience preferredAPICS certification is a plusWork EnvironmentManufacturing / warehouse environmentFrequent standing and walkingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyExposure to moving mechanical parts and warehouse equipment??
