You’ll work closely with our producers and creative leads, helping manage the day-to-day logistics of multiple productions at once.You’ll be involved from pre-production through wrap, helping keep shoots organized and moving on track.Location: Bay Area (required). This role will include in-person shoot days.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage production budgets, track costs throughout each project, and flag risks or overages earlyPartner closely with directors, creative leads, and internal stakeholders to align on creative approach, feasibility, and executionLead pre-production planning across schedules, logistics, staffing, and production needsScout locations and help secure the right spaces, permits, and production setup for each shootSource, vet, and book crew, cast, vendors, rentals, and freelancers based on the needs of each productionOversee production logistics including travel, equipment, schedules, call times, and shoot day planningLead shoot execution by keeping productions on time, solving problems in real time, and ensuring the team has what it needs to do strong workCommunicate clearly with clients, crew, talent, and vendors throughout the production process and help manage changes as they ariseSupport post-production handoff and delivery coordination to ensure footage, assets, notes, and deliverables move cleanly into the next phaseWhat We’re Looking ForBased in the Bay Area (required)3 to 5 years of experience in video production or producingStrong experience managing budgets, schedules, and production logisticsExperience booking crew, cast, locations, vendors, and rentalsHighly organized with strong attention to detailCalm, proactive, and dependable under pressureA clear communicator who works well with clients and teamsA strong team player who takes ownership and follows throughWhy Join NenBe part of a small, fast-growing creative studio trusted by world-class startups and investorsWork directly with the partners and production leadership on ambitious, high-impact projectsMedical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), PTO, and company holidaysSalary range $60,000 to $80,000
