The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment. This role supports our providers in delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining efficiency and compliance with California regulations.Key responsibilities include:Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instrumentsAssist dentist during a variety of treatment proceduresTake digital X-rays in compliance with CA radiology standardsChart procedures and document clinical notes accuratelyProvide patient education on post-treatment care and oral hygieneMaintain inventory and assist with ordering dental suppliesEnsure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control complianceSupport front office when needed to enhance patient experienceQualifications include:Active California Dental Assistant certification (as required by state law)X-ray certification (California compliant)CPR/BLS certificationMinimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferredKnowledge of dental terminology and proceduresExperience with Denticon or similar dental software preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusCompensation and benefits include:Competitive hourly pay: depending on experience and certificationHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysContinuing education opportunitiesCareer growth within a multi-location DSOWhy join us?As part of a DSO, you'll benefit from structured support, operational resources, and opportunities for advancement while working in a collaborative clinical environment.
