Campus General Manager

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Own end-to-end operations of Alignment Engine's compute and NeuralSync manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site. The GM is the senior Alignment Engine leader on site and the face of our operations to the landlord, neighboring operators, and the community. *What you'll do:* * Full P&L and operational ownership of the campus across all phases of the ramp * Lead the site leadership team: critical facilities, security, EHS, data center operations, and administration * Own tenant SLA performance and the operational interface with our principal compute customer * Represent the campus with local government, community stakeholders, and economic-development partners * Drive hiring, culture, and safety as the founding operational leader on site *What you'll bring:* * 10+ years leading large industrial, utility, or data center operations * Experience taking a facility through commissioning into steady-state 24/7 operations * Strong community and stakeholder presence; comfortable in public settings * Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related field preferred Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
