Unified Communication Engineer needed for Contract-to-Hire for client in Las Vegas, CA to support a Phone Systems integration with SaaS platform (Salesforce).Must Haves:Certifications (Cisco CCNP Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer, or Avaya ACIS.)5+ yrs of Unified Communication xp (VoIP and/or UCaaS)3+ yrs of SaaS Phone (Salesforce APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms)3+ yrs of SIP, PBX, VoIP, and cloud-based phone systems (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom Phone, RingCentral, 8x8).2+ yrs of Networking fundamentals (QoS, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs)2+ yrs of CRM and Contact Center integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
