This position is a vital member of an interactive and supportive team responsible forproviding comprehensive EHS leadership, guidance, support, and execution specifically for our fixedfacility operations.The role requires a seasoned EHS professional with the expertise to identify and implementcompliant, practical, cost-effective, and safe solutions that protect our employees, operations, andthe environment. As the EHS leader for our fixed facilities, you will oversee critical safety aspects ofproduction and equipment build processes, manage EHS compliance for wastewater treatment andneutralization systems, and develop essential protocols such as traffic management for facilityoperations.This position demands both technical proficiency and influential leadership capabilities. You willwork closely with operations, engineering, and facility leadership teams to build and sustain a robustEHS culture throughout our fixed facility operations. Your responsibilities encompass conductingfacility inspections, assisting in hazardous operations reviews, and driving continuous processimprovement initiatives. Responsibilities may change over time and may be assigned at any time.  QualificationsBachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Science, or Technical field10+ years EHS leadership experience with health and safety focus in manufacturing/productionStrong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local EHS regulationsExpertise in facility safety management, equipment build processes, and production operationsFacility inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluationsWastewater treatment and neutralization complianceTraffic management and facility layout safetySecondary containment systems for hazmat storage (EPA/OSHA compliance)HAZOP facilitation and process hazard identificationGHS compliance (classification, labeling, SDS management)Environmental permitting (air quality, NPDES, stormwater)Experience with incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsKnowledge of industrial hygiene, occupational health hazards, and emergency response planningAbility to develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs and policiesSoft Skills:Influential Leader: Drives EHS culture across operations, engineering, and facility leadership without direct authorityEffective Communicator: Clearly conveys EHS requirements through excellent oral and written communication at all organizational levelsCollaborative Partner: Builds strong cross-functional relationships and actively participates in team initiativesAdaptable Professional: Manages multiple priorities with sound judgment in fast-paced manufacturing environmentsActive Listener: Fosters open dialogue about safety concerns through considerate listening and professional communicationCoach & Mentor: Develops teams and creates culture valuing EHS, inclusion, and diversityProactive Problem Solver: Identifies and drives process improvements for facility operationsAdditional InformationThis position is a hybrid30% travelCompensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.
