Job Title: RN - Long Term Care (LTC)Location: Lansing, NYType: Contract Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN - Long Term Care (LTC) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Lansing, NY. Responsibilities Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies Maintain and monitor medication inventory and supplies Assess, review, and evaluate resident health status Develop, implement, and monitor nursing care plans Ensure nursing interventions align with individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports Monitor and support infection prevention and control practices Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education activities Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Respond to medical emergencies and urgent healthcare needs Ensure compliance with nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies Requirements Active New York State RN License required Current New York State RN Registration required Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills Experience with care planning and patient care coordination Strong clinical documentation and infection control knowledge Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Correctional, Behavioral Health, Psychiatric, Residential Treatment, or similar settings preferred Experience with medical inventory management and emergency response preferred Required Skills Medication Administration Patient Assessment Care Planning & Coordination Clinical Documentation Infection Control Medical Inventory Management Emergency Response Team Collaboration Regulatory Compliance Patient Advocacy For more details contact Call / Text at .
