This position serves as a trusted advisor to Government leadership by leading complex analytical efforts, developing executive recommendations, coordinating high-visibility initiatives, and improving acquisition and business operations supporting critical CBRN defense capabilities.Essential ResponsibilitiesLead complex acquisition and program management efforts supporting multiple portfoliosAdvise Government leadership on acquisition strategy, program execution, and organizational prioritiesDevelop executive-level briefings, white papers, decision memoranda, and strategic communicationsAnalyze program performance, schedules, risks, and resource requirementsCoordinate high-visibility taskers across multiple organizationsLead Integrated Product Team meetings and executive working groupsDevelop metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting productsIdentify program risks and recommend mitigation strategiesSupport strategic planning, organizational assessments, and process improvement initiativesCoordinate budget planning, financial execution reporting, and resource management activitiesMentor junior analysts and provide technical leadership across the contract teamBuild collaborative relationships with Government leadership and external stakeholdersEnsure assigned efforts meet customer priorities, schedules, and quality expectationsQualificationsMinimum QualificationsActive Secret security clearance or aboveBachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, acquisition, or related field10+ years of DoD acquisition, program management, or business operations experienceExtensive knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and DoD program management processesExperience supporting senior executive leadership (O-6/GS-15/SES equivalent)Demonstrated experience leading complex analytical projectsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degreeDAWIA/Back-to-Basics certification in Program Management or ContractingExperience supporting CPE-CBRND or other Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs)Knowledge of PPBE/PPBEA, JCIDS, and defense resource management processesExperience developing executive dashboards and performance metricsExperience leading cross-functional teams and process improvement initiativesAdditional InformationBryceTech offers a full range of benefits, including competitive salary, a comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage, company-paid life & disability insurance policies, 401(k) plan with company match, and an educational reimbursement program.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
