Duties and Responsibilities:Manage general tort cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial. Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and settlement demands. Conduct depositions and prepare for mediations and court appearances. Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues while negotiating resolutions. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD and active New York bar. 2–6+ years of tort or civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense). Strong litigation, writing, and client skills.
