Role: Aerospace PLM Business AnalystLocation: Bellevue, WAFulltimeJob DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsDomain - EngineeringAn Engineering Bachelor Degree/Master degree or similar.Direct experience gained ideally within the manufacturing industry and / or a IT consulting firmUnderstanding of Aerospace Product development, design and change management processDeep understanding of Engineering IT applications across Aerospace Product Value chain (Doors, CATIA, 2D-3D Drawings, MBSE, etc.)Good understanding of PLM system, associated process like BOM Management, Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Model based systems engineering, Requirements management, etcHands-on experience with PLM and Engineering IT applications and associated dataPart of large PLM implementation/ PLM transformation programs would be good to have skillTechnical skills on AWS Cloud preferred.Data GovernanceExperience with Engineering data governanceExperience and knowledge of data policies around Engineering dataExperience with ITAR and Export Control domainExperience with applying export control policies around Engineering dataCommunicationExcellent Communication SkillsAbility to engage with Senior management and executivesAbility to work with Engineering Teams and understand their requirementsDocument detailed requirementsCreate Art of possible and Status documentationPresentations for the executive teamRoles & ResponsibilitiesAbility to understand the Aero Business process is critical.Collect and analyze customer needs and requirementsWork with Aerospace business users to validate and accept requirements.Conduct Requirement Analysis workshopsPropose solutions that meets the needs of our clients.Perform upgrading, debugging, testing and maintenance of softwareGeneric Managerial SkillsFlexibleExcellent communication skillsContinuous learning attitudeCoordinate with UX DesignerCoordinate with DevelopersAssist in user testingCoordinate with end users
