If you're passionate about mainframe technologies and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and related technologiesAnalyze and troubleshoot complex mainframe systems to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable mainframe solutionsPerform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging of mainframe programsSupport batch processing, job scheduling, and mainframe infrastructure operationsParticipate in system migrations, upgrades, and legacy modernization initiativesDocument technical specifications, workflows, and system changesProven experience in mainframe development with proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and VSAMFamiliarity with IBM z/OS mainframe environments and tools such as ISPF and SDSFExperience with DB2, IMS, or CICS is a strong plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceCompensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
