Transformation AnalystCandidate will be joining a team of change agents to tackle the challenges that come with transformation. Candidate will interact with multiple Programs and Projects across Lockheed Martin to transition and deploy products being developed or enhanced as part of Transformation. Candidate will be responsible for providing analyst support for training development, communications, and product adoption work.Key Responsibilities:Develop and write clear, concise, and engaging communications to inform and update stakeholders on the enterprise data ecosystem deployments and resourcesEngage with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations, and provide support and guidance throughout the training and implementation processDesign, build, and deliver visually engaging and technical training and resource materials to enable stakeholders to effectively use software tools and servicesBuild roadmaps and project plans to support deployment activitiesSupport creation of adoption metrics to measure the success of the implementationBasic Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft succinct messages and presentations through multiple avenues: emails, Microsoft Teams, etc.Ability to create strategic and visually engaging resource materials self-sufficiently and also in partnership with subject matter experts and leadershipStrong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with experience in building relationships with user groups, SMEs, management, with an ability to drive project progress and track meeting actions through excellent project management skillsExperience with data and analytics organizations, such as awareness of enterprise and 1LMX tool sets and data governance strategiesTechnical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Jira, and Confluence with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesDesired Skills:Experience with data visualization tools, such as TableauExperience with automating business processes
