IT Program Manager - Cargo and Logistics Digital projects

W2 OnlyLocal to TX onlyExp with Airlines Mandatory and Cargo exp preferredEnterprise Project Management Expertise Large-Scale IT Programs- 5 years of experience leading complex cross-functional technology implementations or system upgrades- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle planning execution testing deployment - Strong proficiency with project management tools e.g. MS Project Jira Azure DevOps- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred Vendor Stakeholder Management Global Delivery Environment- Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors e.g. IBS or similar enterprise platforms against SOW deliverables- Strong stakeholder management skills across business IT and executive leadership- Experience coordinating with offshore/global teams e.g. India-based delivery models- Excellent communication escalation and decision facilitation skills System Upgrade Testing Leadership Enterprise Platforms- Hands-on experience managing system upgrades including SIT UAT and production deployments - Strong understanding of release management defect triage and risk mitigation practices- Familiarity with integrated systems APIs and operational platforms- Experience in airline cargo or logistics systems iCargo or equivalent strongly preferred
