As the fastest-growing suspended access company in the area, we specialize in providing tailored solutions for facade work on any unique project.OVERVIEW: This position reports directly to the Business Manager and is responsible for driving sales by building client relationships, generating new business through outreach and networking, and managing the full sales cycle while collaborating with internal teams.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:Develop and manage client relationships within assigned territoryConduct both inside and outside sales activitiesDrive new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networkingManage a quick sales cycle from lead generation to closeProvide consultative sales support around equipment rental solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service deliveryMaintain accurate records of sales activity and pipelineQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED required.College degree preferred, but not requiredAt least two (2) years of sales experience (construction, equipment rental, or related industry preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Software and Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) platform a plusProficiency in verbal and written English requiredBilingual in Spanish, a plusComfortable with cold calling and developing new businessExperience managing both inbound and outbound sales effortsHigh level verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain an active state issued drivers licenseCertain requirements are subject to possible modifications to reasonably accommodate persons with disabilities.Compensation details: 60000-120000 Yearly SalaryPI205c7d70b023-26289-40312059
