The primary function of the classroom teacher is to develop in the student the skills, knowledge, concepts, generalizations, principles, appreciations, and attitudes that will promote fullest possible development and assist students in valuing the dignity and worth of themselves and others. The teacher provides the classroom with an educational program for the students and assists in other school programs as required by District policy.
