They must have a proven track record in academic leadership, a deep commitment to student success, and the ability to align academic priorities with institutional strategy.Key responsibilities for the Provost include strategic academic leadership, faculty affairs, student success, budget management, research, and external engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in faculty recruitment, development, and support, as well as experience in managing academic budgets and resources. They should be adept at fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and integrating emerging pedagogies and digital learning strategies. The role also involves representing academic affairs to various stakeholders and developing partnerships that enhance academic programs and global engagement.
