ControllerWe’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Controller who will play a critical role at the intersection of accounting, finance and operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will lead accounting and financial planning.Position OverviewThis role goes beyond traditional accounting. The Controller will be embedded in the business, helping drive operational efficiency and support decision-making across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all accounting operations, including close, financial analysis, and internal controls Partner closely with operations to understand cost drivers Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with a focus on operational insights Build and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into operational performance Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve sautomation Manage and develop accounting/finance team QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus) 8+ years of experience, with exposure to manufacturing environments Ability to translate financial data into actionable insightsExperience partnering cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, or plant teams Systems-savvy (ERP experience required; experience improving processes/automation a plus) Why This Role?Highly visible role with direct access to the CFO and leadership team Opportunity to make a tangible impact on operations and profitability Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong cross-functional exposure
