W2 Contract - 3 weeks/Month onsite across Grand Rapids, Houston, Minneapolis - Interview start ASAPConstruction/residential services and multisite experiencePOC experience data validationPerforms general accounting and administrative functions to meet contractual requirements for operational and basic accountingCompletes all financial transactions in a timely and accurate mannerParticipates in monthly forecast review meetingsProvides project teams with ad hoc reports and analysis as the need arisesAssists with the assembly of information for internal and external financial reporting requirementsAssembles client billings packages in accordance with contract terms and conditions and ensures timely paymentPrepares bank deposits, monthly reconciliations, and cash receipt entriesIdentifies any irregularities or risk exposure and supports the development of a strategy to address them
