The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, QA teams, and offshore development teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work across multiple teams in a banking and financial services environment.Key Responsibilities:Work within Agile squads to deliver business and customer-focused solutionsGather, analyze, and document business and system requirementsTranslate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories in JIRACollaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and offshore teamsCreate workflow diagrams, interface documentation, sequence diagrams, and process flowsSupport Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activitiesCoordinate with upstream/downstream systems including Data Warehouse, LoanIQ, and General Ledger systemsAssist QA teams with test case reviews and business validationDrive discussions with multiple technology teams to remove blockers and ensure successful deliveryRequired Skills:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial ServicesStrong understanding of system integrations, APIs, interface contracts, and sequence diagramsKnowledge of microservices architecture and system design conceptsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong experience with JIRA, Visio, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS ProjectExcellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Skills:Experience in Wealth Management, Lending, or Financial MarketsUnderstanding of accounting, treasury functions, and banking operationsAbility to create user flows and analyze/manipulate dataExposure to LoanIQ or related banking platforms is a plusEducation:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
