Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head – Accounts & Reconciliation based in Delhi, OH. The role involves managing and overseeing the accounts and reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance with financial protocols, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily financial transactions, leading a team of accountants, ensuring effective error resolution, and implementing best practices for reconciliation processes. The individual will play a pivotal role in managing reporting, identifying discrepancies, and auditing financial statements. Qualifications Expertise in Accounts Management, Financial Reporting, and ReconciliationExperience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Monitoring Cash FlowAbility to analyze financial discrepancies and implement solutions to address themProficiency in financial software and ERP systemsStrong leadership, communication, and team management skillsThorough knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and tax lawsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred); CA/CPA certification is an advantageProficiency in working with reconciliations for financial institutions is preferred
