Donor Relations Specialist
Kinship House is actively seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Donor Relations Specialist to join our team of committed, dynamic individuals! Kinship House is a regional non-profit outpatient mental health provider addressing the mental health needs of the most vulnerable children in our local child welfare system. Position Overview:The Donor Relations Specialist will report to the Development Manager, and work in partnership to accomplish organizational and departmental goals. The ideal candidate will be able to create and implement a strategic framework for donor cultivation, conversion and stewardship and community engagement. As part of a small and collaborative team, we are looking for someone with strong relational and partnership-building skills, confidence with public speaking and community engagement, and the ability to work alongside peers to accomplish desired outcomes. Required Qualifications3-5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising with:demonstrated success in donor cultivation and stewardshipexperience managing specialized CRM/donor management software Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of planned giving, capital campaignsKnowledge of trauma-informed care, behavioral health, and/or children’s servicesExperience with foster care and/or adoption (lived or professional)How to ApplyPlease submit your cover letter & resume.
