Knowledge, Data, & Operations Analyst II (Secret Clearance & Onsite)
MicroHealth is seeking a Knowledge, Data, & Operations Analyst II responsible for creating, administering, and maintaining a comprehensive SharePoint-based Program Office data platform. This role combines expertise in information technology management with knowledge of government operations, accounting, budgeting, and strategic planning to deliver actionable business intelligence that drives evidence-based decision-making.Onsite Position Secret Clearance Required Key ResponsibilitiesSharePoint Administration & Web Management:Serves as the SharePoint webmaster for MED and MDA sites and helps keep pages organized, functional, and user-friendlyWorks closely with clients and team members to understand business needs and turn those requirements into effective SharePoint solutionsCreates, updates, and maintains SharePoint pages, content, libraries, lists, and workflows to support day-to-day operationsEnsures SharePoint pages and site designs are consistent with Department standards, security requirements, and policiesRegularly reviews and monitors pages and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure information remains current, accurate, and relevantDemonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, including site administration, permissions, content management, and collaboration toolsPerforms routine reviews of SharePoint content and functionality to ensure sites remain compliant, organized, and operationally effectiveBusiness Intelligence & Automation:Uses Microsoft Power BI to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support reporting and decision-making needsUses Microsoft Power Automate to automate workflows, notifications, approvals, and routine business processesDesign, develop, and maintain a SharePoint-based Program Office data platformCreate user-friendly automated business processes for tracking approvals, key deadlines, and procurement activitiesInterface the business intelligence platform with other Department information systems (manually or automatically)Knowledge Management Functions:Retain and organize key Program Office institutional knowledgeCreate and share lessons learned and templates for overseas usersEstablish and maintain online repositories and knowledge librariesDefine, draft, develop, and update governance content and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Data Collection and Analys:Track internal and external organizational performance metricsAssess organizational performance and resource allocation across Program Office activitiesGenerate user-friendly reports to inform leadership of key metrics and progress toward goalsProvide trend analysis to support evidence-based, data-driven leadership decisionsOperational and Trend Analysis:Identify and advise Program Office leadership on current trendsConduct multi-disciplinary analysis incorporating IT management, government accounting, budgeting, strategic planning, and policy analysis principlesIdentify opportunities to improve site usability, streamline processes, and enhance the overall user experienceMonitoring and Data Assurance:Ensure adequate internal controls on Government operationsMaintain data integrity and quality across all platformsMonitor system functionality and performanceRequired Qualifications7 years' experienceEducation:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Assurance, or Computer ScienceTechnical Skills:Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft InfoPath, Microsoft ProjectAdvanced skills in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power AutomateProficiency in Google Earth, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe PhotoshopDemonstrated expertise in developing SharePoint-based business intelligence tools that integrate with Microsoft desktop softwareProfessional Skills & Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to users and stakeholdersAbility to work independently on analytical products and projectsMaintains a positive attitude and works collaboratively with peers, leadership, and clientsProactive, self-motivated, and attentive to identifying high-visibility or "hot" pages that may require immediate updates or improvementsQuickly learns enterprise processes, client operations, and organizational policies to effectively support business needsSecurity Clearance:Active Secret ClearanceSalary: $120,000 - $130,000Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
