Scrum Master

***** W2 Opportunity, Onsite, No H1B candidates ********We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to guide and facilitate our agile teams through successful product delivery. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Responsibilities:Act as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, guiding the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).Coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable.Help remove impediments and foster collaboration between cross-functional teams.Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions.Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure that it is properly prioritized.Monitor and report team progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery of quality products.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability, encouraging the team to innovate and refine their processes.Assist with team coordination and stakeholder communication.Ensure that the team follows Agile best practices, such as self-organization, incremental delivery, and value-focused development.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar role.Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.Experience working in cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required.
