All Current is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey.Pay Range: $37,440.00 to $52,000.00Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Powder Coater with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts to meet high-quality standards. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of coating techniques are essential for success in this role.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare metal surfaces for coating (cleaning, masking, etc.)Apply powder coating using spray equipment and ensure even coverageOperate and maintain coating equipment and curing ovensInspect finished products for quality, thickness, and defectsPerform touch-ups and rework as neededFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentRead and interpret work orders and technical specificationsJob Requirements3–5 years of powder coating experienceKnowledge of powder coating techniques, materials, and equipmentAbility to operate spray guns, ovens, and related toolsFamiliarity with surface preparation methodsStrong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.High school diploma or equivalent preferredEssential Job FunctionExperience with different coating types and finishesBasic mechanical or maintenance skillsForklift certification (a plus)InPower is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
