DescriptionPosition at Springhurst Animal HospitalClient Service Representative - Veterinary ReceptionistSpringhurst Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Louisville, KY. Our veterinary team is dedicated to providing top-notch care for our furry, and not so furry friends. Our state-of-the-art facility offers innovative diagnostics and equipment to enhance patient outcomes. In addition to general treatments and procedures, we offer acupuncture and laser therapy, providing a full range of high-quality care for the pets in our community.CSRs are valuable members of our veterinary team, and we treat them as such. As a CSR, you will be the client's first and last impression of our hospital. It's important that all clients feel welcome, safe, and comfortable which is why it takes a special person who can engage with both humans and animals alike with compassion, patience and understanding.
