Buyer Responsibilities: Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies Source and purchase essential materials, while managing supplier relationships Create, review, process, and reconcile purchase orders Maintain accurate part data and planning parameters in Epicor Analyze and negotiate pricing and delivery times with vendors Develop and maintain inventory controls, tracking demand for materials Ensure the quality, price, reliability, and availability of goods and services Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (flexibility for earlier hours) Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience Buyer Qualifications: Experience in supply chain, purchasing, and inventory control Proven ability in strategic procurement and vendor management Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities Skilled in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel preferred) and Epicor ERP system Focused on continuous improvement and best practices implementation Location: Grayslake, IL Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Basic Life/AD&D Insurance and Supplemental Insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) and other perks If you’re ready to bring your expertise in purchasing and inventory control to a dynamic and supportive team, apply now!
