Scrum Master

Title : Scrum Master Location : This is Hybrid role 3 days onsite in Mundelein, IL Duration : 6 MonthsNote : Need independent consultants with 10+ years of experienceWork Experience :At least 5 years of direct work experience in a full-time Scrum Master role.At least 8 years of experience delivering features on a product/software teamSkills :Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Strong knowledge of agile & scrum values and principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including verbal, written, synchronous, and asynchronous.Ability to lead and facilitate others in stressful or uncomfortable situations.Facilitation skills for teams and larger group events & workshops to reach intended outcomes.Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool (e.g. Jira) configuration expertise Configuration or local admin skills in team virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams/Zoom, Confluence (wiki), and tool such as Miro/Mural Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
