Exposure to large-scale grid infrastructure projectsStable pipeline of long-term T&D workAbout Our ClientWe are a leading engineering and infrastructure partner supporting major utility and EPC clients across the U.S. Our teams deliver critical transmission (69kV-500kV), substation, and distribution (4kV-35kV) projects that support grid reliability, renewable integration, and system expansion.Job DescriptionManage small to mid-sized transmission and substation projects (69kV-230kV) or support larger programsCoordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelinesDevelop, maintain, and update project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), budgets, and cost forecastsTrack and report on project performance metrics including cost, schedule, and scope adherenceSupport management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and design revisionsInterface with clients, utility stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to drive communication and issue resolutionAssist with procurement tracking for key equipment (transformers, breakers, relay panels, steel structures)Support construction activities, including site visits, progress tracking, and coordination with field teamsEnsure adherence to utility standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance (NESC, NEC)Identify and escalate project risks, schedule delays, and cost impacts, supporting mitigation strategiesAssist with commissioning and energization planning, coordinating with Protection & Controls and SCADA teamsMaintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updatesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
