Job Description A successful Project Manager will:Manage light industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administrationDevelop and manage project schedules, with a focus on fast-track deliveryLead coordination with civil, structural, and MEP tradesManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationTrack budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial performanceMaintain strong relationships with developers, owners, and stakeholdersCoordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goalsIdentify and mitigate risks to maintain schedule and cost targetsSupport and mentor junior team members MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
