This role is primarily in-office, and all standard job duties are performed on-site in Centennial, Colorado. The only remote or out-of-office work associated with this position is travel for trade shows, conventions, and sales events.This position is ideal for someone looking to launch or grow a career in sales within the dental industry.The Inside Account Manager will report directly to the Strategic Partnerships Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 60+ per day) to prospective and existing customersAccurately log all call activity and customer interactions in Salesforce (CRM)Support field sales and distribution representatives via phone, email, and text communicationBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributor partnersCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growthManage and grow assigned sales territoriesAttend and travel to trade shows, conventions, and industry eventsQualifications1–2 years of sales experience preferredStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-drivenAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environmentExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plusCompensation & Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annuallyOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000 – $100,000 annuallyOTE includes base salary plus commission.
