This position blends hands-on mentorship, structured training, and operational support with the opportunity to develop independent origination skills. Newly licensed Loan Officers are strongly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Junior LO Support Responsibilities (Primary Focus)Train alongside a designated Senior Loan Officer through live collaboration and virtual (Teams) sessionsAssist with loan intake, documentation collection, submission, and condition trackingSupport borrower communication throughout the loan processParticipate in hands-on training, including in-person sessions when appropriate to accelerate developmentComplete assigned operational and training-related tasks  B.
