Role: Senior Fullstack DeveloperLocation: Chicago, Seattle, DallasWork Mode: 3 days per week onsiteExperience: 10-15 yearsAbout Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET, C#, Azure Cloud, CI/CD or DevOps practices, along with experience in SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365 ecosystem (good to have).This role requires someone who can work across front-end and back-end technologies, drive cloud modernization initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET and C# technologiesBuild and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure servicesDevelop and maintain robust APIs, integrations, and backend servicesImplement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for automated deploymentsDesign and support enterprise collaboration solutions using SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutionsEnsure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainabilityParticipate in code reviews and establish engineering best practicesSupport production releases and troubleshoot complex technical issuesDrive modernization and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of overall software engineering experienceStrong expertise in: C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 8+, Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines, REST APIs / Microservices ArchitectureExperience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint Framework (SPFx) OR Microsoft 365 developmentStrong understanding of: DevOps methodologies, Source control (Git), Application security and performance optimization, Agile/Scrum delivery modelsExperience working on enterprise-scale applications
