Job Title: Associate Partner - Software Commercial Due DiligenceSalary Range: $220,000 – $300,000 + bonusLocation: New YorkOur client is a global strategy consultancy expanding into the US market and launching a Commercial Due Diligence practice focused on software and technology assets. It offers an Associate Partner or experienced Senior Manager the opportunity to take full ownership of the space.This role offers a platform to build a market-leading proposition in the private equity and M&A advisory space.You’ll operate at the intersection of technology and investment strategy. The Associate Partner will engage directly with private equity investors, delivering commercially driven insights on software and tech businesses while building a scalable, revenue-generating practice.
