Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our home health team. This role is eligible for a $4000 sign-on bonus (full time positions only)As an LNA at CVHHH, you will provide one-on-one nursing and personal care to central Vermonters and will be responsible for ensuring that standards of hygiene, nutrition, and homemaking are met and maintained. You will collaborate with members of our interdisciplinary home care team to optimize your clients' health and wellbeing.
