Mental Health Professional
The position involves providing outpatient mental health counseling, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for Tribal Members and the community, with a focus on culturally competent, evidence-based practices.Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy, collaboration with community agencies, community education, and supporting recovery groups.Maintains client records according to applicable regulations and works closely with various service providers and legal systems.Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, and a valid license with experience in mental health and family counseling.Position involves office work, local travel, and some outside-hours work; may require on-call duties.Benefits include: 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid leave, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and more.Additional details: Must be able to relocate to WA 99119, work in person, and pass background and drug screenings.
