Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of scalable, high‑quality applications using C#, .NET, and React JSProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development team membersOwn end‑to‑end feature delivery, including design, implementation, code reviews, and production supportCollaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teamsEnsure best practices in coding standards, performance, security, and maintainabilityTroubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root‑cause analysisParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision‑makingRequired Technical SkillsAzure; C#; .NET; Digital : ReactJS; HTML5 / CSS3Strong hands‑on experience in C# and .NET (ASP.NET / .NET Core preferred)Proficient in React JS, including:HooksContext APIComponent lifecycleSolid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including Flexbox and CSS GridGood understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend servicesExperience working with modern front‑end build tools and package managersFamiliarity with version control systems ( Git preferred)
