Account Executive
The Account Executive serves as a key liaison between clients and internal agency teams, owning the execution of assigned projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client communications, coordinating cross-functional and inter agency teams,, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, timing, and budget expectations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Client & Account ManagementServe as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clientsManage ongoing client communications, status updates, and deliverablesBuild trust through responsiveness, organization, and attention to detailProject Ownership & ExecutionOwn projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metCoordinate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns efficientlyLead internal and external meetings as needed for assigned projects with partner agencies and clients.Escalate strategic or sensitive issues to Account SupervisorEnsure alignment from all departments when it comes to adhering to the scope assigned to each projectInter Agency Team Integration & CollaborationLead day-to-day collaboration,, serving as a key point of contact across agency partners.Ensure deliverables align with integrated timelines, shared objectives, and cross-agency dependencies.Proactively communicate updates, track milestones, and escalate risks to maintain alignment and momentum.Quality Control & DeliveryReview all creative and production work to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to client feedbackManage routing, approvals, and final delivery of assetsBudget & Scope StewardshipSupport estimate development to ensure alignment with approved scope, timelines and integrated deliverablesTrack project budgets against approved estimates, proactively flag overages, out of scope requestsProactive Growth ContributionIdentify opportunities for campaign optimizations or extensions and share as opportunities with their account lead to pitch to clientsShare relevant cultural, consumer, and competitive insightsSupport development of growth recommendations and presentationsAI-Enabled EfficiencyUse approved AI tools to draft first-pass communications, briefs, and status updatesLeverage AI to identify performance patterns and optimization opportunitiesApply AI to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining quality and confidentialityYou'll Also Embody and Uphold Our Agency Values:DedicationWe are committed to doing quality work in all aspects of what we do.
