Role: Chief of StaffLocation: New York CityCompensation: $125K–$200K base + equityWork Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipAbout the CompanyOur client, an early-stage, venture-backed company building infrastructure for AI-powered communication systems.The platform focuses on enabling teams to deploy, manage, and improve AI-driven communication systems at scale.The company operates with a team size of around 30+ and is entering a phase of rapid growth across product, go-to-market, and operations.The RoleWe’re hiring a Chief of Staff with 3–8 years of experience in high-velocity environments.This role sits at the center of the company, partnering directly with the CEO across:Strategic planning and executionGo-to-market initiativesProduct feedback loops from customersInternal operations and hiringYou will own 3–5 high-priority initiatives simultaneously, often with undefined scope, and drive them from 0 → 1.What You’ll DriveCompany-wide priorities and execution trackingCustomer insights translated into product and GTM strategyInternal systems (hiring pipelines, reporting dashboards, investor updates)Cross-functional projects (enterprise deals, partnerships, new initiatives)Communication between product, GTM, and leadershipCore Requirements3–8 years of experience in roles such as operator, founder, Chief of Staff, or product-adjacent positionsExperience operating in environments with <100 employees or equivalent ownership scopeAbility to manage 3–5 concurrent projects with competing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication (executive-level clarity)Analytical thinking with ability to translate data into decisionsComfort operating in ambiguous, zero-to-one environmentsNice to HaveExperience supporting enterprise sales cycles (6–12 month deal cycles)Exposure to AI systems, LLMs, or developer toolsExperience building internal processes from scratchTrack record of leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-endCompensationBase: $125K–$200KEquity: IncludedCompensation depends on experience, scope, and level of ownership.Equal OpportunityThis opportunity is open to all qualified applicants.
