Sr FileNet Developer / IBM Case ManagerLocation- 4 days in office- Columbus ohio.Brief Description:Senior Developer - In this senior role, the successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support Workflow/Case Solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain IBM Case Manager Solutions to replace paper-intensive business processes.Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE–based applications and batch processes, as required.Develop and support UI components and client‑side functionality using JavaScript and Dojo. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot database queries to support application functionality and performance.Design and develop RESTful APIs to support application integration and modernization initiatives. Integrate applications with backend systems and enterprise platforms.Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, and technical solutioning.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.Adhere to established coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Case Manager 5.3.x solutionsExperience with IBM Content Navigator, BAW 24.0.0, Datacap 9.1.x, IBM P8 5.5 platform5+ years of hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE developmentStrong experience in REST API design and developmentProficiency in JavaScriptExperience with Dojo frameworkHands‑on experience with SQL and database query development.Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and design principlesExperience working in enterprise application environmentsPreferred SkillsExperience in IBM FileNet Content Management (CPE, workflows, integrations, IBM Case Manager or IBM BAW)Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server or similar middleware platformsExperience working in Agile or DevOps environments
